Dennis Anderson began his career in pharmacy. While working as a pharmacist, he began his real estate career by purchasing homes, renovating them, and returning them to the community. After that, Dennis discontinued his practice as a pharmacist to focus solely on real estate investment.
Since then, Anderson Communities has renovated and now manages over nearly 3,000 residential units in Lexington and the surrounding areas. In the mid- nineties, Dennis turned his attention towards commercial and mixed-use developments. He has become a pioneer in creating mixed-use communities in central Kentucky. He is now the owner of six new home communities, several commercial centers, and a large portfolio of land slated for future development and investment. Because of his dedication, his communities have been met with both critical and financial success.
